Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, call us, or email us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and where you are in the Florida Vocational Rehabilitation process. We use this information only to respond to you and to talk with you about our employment services.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site may use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use the site and how well our outreach works. These tools collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether a visit led to a call or form submission. They do not collect the contents of your form or your identity unless you provide it.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How we share information

We do not sell your information.
We share it only with staff who need it to serve you, with service providers who help us run the website and email (such as our web host), and when required by law.
Information about your Vocational Rehabilitation case is shared with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation only as part of services you have chosen and authorized through your counselor.

Keeping your information secure

We use HTTPS on our website and limit access to the information you send us. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not include sensitive medical or financial details in the contact form; your job coach will collect anything needed in person.

Your choices
